Solare 403 Amazing 4th floor beachfront condo wonderful views

Check in was a little difficult since only two cars are allowed per condo even if the apartment sleeps 10. Extra cars need to find parking somewhere in public areas. Property was beautiful and condo facing the first pool, no beach view. The condo had a nice view of the pool and was very comfortable and spacious. We did not use the kitchen but it looked like it was well equipped with basic items. There was only one liquid hand soap in one of the bathrooms so we had to bring our own for the other bathrooms.The premises were clean and had two nice pools. They have beach chairs and umbrella you can rent from the front desk.Overall, I would definetily stay again!

Host welcomed us via email. No in person contact. Liked the entry gate service. Condo was in good shape. Cupboard handles were sticky. Had most cooking utensils needed. Had to buy a wine key as the unit one was broken. Beds were comfortable. Furniture sat low and were a challenge to get of especially sofa and dining chairs. Not set up well for seniors. Floors were super slick. Enjoyed the pools and walk to beach - wish we could have seen the gulf from our balcony.

Solare Tower 403 is well-decorated and comfortable inside. It has pretty grounds and good beach access, and our host Jerry was helpful and kind. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to stay in this condo again. Thank you, Jerry!

Great place. Would definitely stay here again with all the family. Only issue was the bldg only has 1 luggage cart, and it's 6 floors of condos. Be prepared to wait a long time for the cart.
