Perfect for our stay

First off, Jerry was so great! Before we came, he sent us a list of things the condo had and didn’t have, so we knew what to bring with us. He also sent a list of recommendations for places to visit, where to go grocery shopping on our way in, and other fun details that gave us confidence in places we visited on the island. We are a family of six, our oldest is 17 and our youngest is 3, so fitting our whole family in one place that accommodates everyone isn’t the easiest and this condo was absolutely perfect!! Everyone had their own bed and three bathrooms was dreamy. The living room and kitchen were very spacious and the deck overlooked a super fun marina.The kitchen had everything you needed to cook, but if you are a family that prepares your own meals, you will want to grab some Ziploc/leftover storage, a big salad bowl if you mix a lot of salads, and I’d also recommend a pack of Clorox wipes or whatever you prefer for quick cleanup in the kitchen. If you plan to take snacks/beverages to the beach, bring or buy a cooler. Otherwise, Jerry’s list for you will cover the rest for you. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous!! You need a wristband and security check-in every time you enter, so we felt very safe with our kids. When we walked out of the condo, you walked by a hot tub/pool, then a fun sitting pavilion, then another hot tub/pool, onto an expansive deck with couches and umbrellas that overlooked the beach. Down the stairs and out onto the beach!
