Thanks to the man in charge. Positive: NA Negative: Didn't know it was on 2nd floor and no elevator. We had suitcases and groceries. Mr. Jerry was very helpful and someone helped us. I don't know what we would have done without his help. Husband is 90 and I'm 81. Next time, lessoned learned ask if there is an elevator.
